happy new year.
As we begin the year 2024, I would like to extend my sincere New Year's greetings.

It seems that the city and campus are finally regaining their former vibrancy, as if healing from the damage caused by the pandemic.

This year marks the year when students who have been most deeply affected by the crisis will enter society. First and foremost, I offer my utmost encouragement to all these students for their hard work up to this point and for their future endeavors. During this time, I reflect on whether the university has been able to truly support its students. As I do so, I renew my resolve to evolve further so that the university can continue to be a supportive presence even after graduation.

We reaffirm our school motto, "Salt of the Earth, Light of the World," and hope that this will be a year in which all students can shine.
