We would like to introduce the educational and research objectives and three policies of the International Management major.

Educational and research objectives

The International Management major is based on Christian educational ideals and aims to train creative leaders who fulfill their social responsibilities and act as global citizens.

Three Policies

  • Diploma Policy (Policy for Completion Certification and Awarding of Degrees)

    ■ Knowledge and skills
    ?Understand the main management functions of a company.
    - Have acquired basic theories and concepts related to international management.

    ■Thinking ability, judgment ability, expressive ability
    - Have acquired problem-finding and problem-solving skills in the field of international management.
    - Have mastered the quantitative and qualitative analysis methods required for international management.
    - Have acquired communication skills in the field of international management.

    ■ Motivation, interest, and attitude
    - Have acquired business ethics and a global perspective.
    - Have acquired the leadership skills required for international management.

  • Curriculum Policy (Policy for creating and implementing educational courses)

    In order to achieve the human resource development goal of the International Management major, we have organized the following curriculum to provide education in business ethics and a global perspective with the aim of cultivating professionals with an international sensibility.
    - This course provides an overview of each field of corporate management and teaches the fundamentals of business.
    - Related subjects will be provided to help students acquire high ethical standards, an international perspective, and other qualities.
    - Students will be provided with courses that will enable them to acquire specialized knowledge of corporate management, which is comprised of four specialized fields (Strategy & Organization, Marketing, Finance & Accounting, and Operations & Information Systems).
    - Courses will be provided that can be applied to practical work, such as case studies, group work, and practical simulation games.
