About the Study Abroad Certificate
We will guide you through how to apply for a study abroad certificate.
Contents of the Study Abroad Certificate
This document certifies that you are planning to study abroad using our university's partner/accredited school study abroad program. (Issued in Japanese and English)
The Study Abroad Certificate will include the name of the university and country where you plan to study, the planned period of study, the student's name, faculty/department, and date of birth.
If you meet the following criteria, you can apply for a Study Abroad Certificate.
?Current students/graduates who have studied abroad using our university's partner/accredited school study abroad program
?Students currently studying abroad using our university's partner/accredited school study abroad program
?Current students who are candidates for the study abroad program at our partner/accredited universities
*Certificates for short-term overseas language/cultural training programs and study abroad while on leave cannot be applied for.
How to apply
Applications can be made by mail or at the International Center office on each campus.
*Applications cannot be made through the online application service or on-campus automated issuing machines.
* Certificates cannot be picked up at convenience stores or on-campus automated issuing machines.
Applying by mail
Please prepare the necessary documents and mail them to the International Center at Aoyama Campus or Sagamihara Campus.
