Diverse training and exercises to develop practical knowledge that utilizes the local community and is useful in the local community
In order to discover local problems and issues and find solutions to "problems that have no answers," it is important to have the experience of coming into contact with the reality of things, deepening understanding, and empathizing with a diverse range of people.
For example, in the "Community Training" program, 30 small groups of about eight people each will participate in local activities in training locations around the country, giving hands-on experience in community development.
