Divided into two courses, the faculty and curriculum can handle a variety of research themes
The program is divided into the Psychology Course and the Clinical Psychology Course. The Clinical Psychology Course has been designated as Type 1 by the Clinical Psychologist Certification Association. It also corresponds to the curriculum for the nationally certified psychologist. Practical training is supervised by qualified faculty members. The teaching staff and curriculum are organized to accommodate the diverse research themes of graduate students.

History of Department of Psychology
The master's course was established in 1958, and the doctoral course in 1974. Graduates are active in a variety of fields. In 1994, the master's course became a day and evening course, and at the same time, a system of entrance examinations for working adults was introduced. The course is divided into the Psychology Course and the Clinical Psychology Course. The Clinical Psychology Course is designated as the first-class clinical psychologist course, and has been so since the students enrolled in 2001. In addition, from the students enrolled in 2018, the curriculum is designed to meet the qualifications for taking the nationally certified psychologist exam.
