Educational and research objectives

Department of Business Administration aims to develop self-help talent who can ask themselves questions, find logical solutions, and make decisions about the management issues that modern companies face by providing a proper management education. In addition, the Department of Department of Business Administration Administration and the Department of Marketing complement each other to build a higher level of education and research system.

Diploma Policy (Policy for Completion Certification and Awarding of Degrees)

■ Knowledge and skills
- Understand the essence of profit-making and non-profit organizations, and have acquired theoretical and practical knowledge about their management.
- Ability to understand specialized concepts related to management and have acquired the information processing and analytical skills essential for management.

■Thinking ability, judgment ability, expressive ability
- Ability to analyze various management issues faced by profit-making and non-profit organizations based on specialized knowledge, comprehensively consider countermeasures based on management and accounting theories, and appropriately express the process and results.
?Ability to express one's thoughts appropriately to business people from various countries on the global stage, while taking into consideration the history, culture, religious background, etc. of the other party. And to have acquired the language skills that make this possible.

■ Motivation, interest, and attitude
- Ability to proactively contribute to society with a sense of mission and responsibility as a corporate and social worker.
- Work effectively in groups and have the motivation to contribute to group results.

Curriculum Policy (Policy for creating and implementing educational curriculum)

By taking a variety of specialized subjects based on the basic learning in the fields of business, accounting, and marketing, students can gain a deeper understanding of management. We provide a comprehensive learning environment where students can experience simulated problems faced by real companies and work on solving problems individually and in groups. We also offer subjects that will help students hone the language skills necessary to succeed on the global stage, as well as deepen their culture and intercultural understanding. We also offer subjects that allow students to learn about data analysis related to management, such as business analysis and financial analysis.

Based on the foundation of specialized foundational subjects and general specialized subjects, students will systematically acquire orthodox business management and accounting. They will also understand the importance of corporate social responsibility and corporate ethics. Furthermore, through exercises, students will deepen their independent learning and acquire the ability to summarize the results of their research.
