With the full-scale arrival of DX (digital transformation), we are now in an era where companies are required to carry out discontinuous innovation in their management. In order to execute discontinuous innovation, the power of the organization is even more important. In this course, in order to realize an organization that leads innovation, we will deepen our consideration of organizations from the perspectives of individuals, groups, and the organization as a whole, understand the flow from the past to the latest organizations of today, and hone our ability to gain insight into the behavior of individuals and groups in cutting-edge corporate organizations and the meaning behind the activities of management organizations.

LECTURES Class Introduction
This course is designed for both GSC and international students to learn Japanese traditional culture, its aesthetics and essence in English through lectures. The course is taught by artists, actors, performers and experts who are well known internationally. Students will have unique opportunities to listen to their expertise, experience, and thoughts as well as to watch performances first hand.
In the first year, students take English classes six times a week taught by native English teachers in small classes based on their level. They thoroughly master the four skills of listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Before studying abroad, students take classes to hone their academic skills, such as discussions and report writing, to gain the ability to handle English classes at the host university.
SEMINARS ?
This laboratory is a modern-day Ino Tadataka, proposing how to utilize spatial information using cutting-edge technology to realize a flexible social system, and working with students to put these proposals into practice in society. There are students who are passionate about making maps to support humanitarian aid activities with their peers around the world, students who love location-based games such as Pokemon GO, students who love gadgets such as drones, students who hone their design skills through 3D modeling, and creative students who capture spatial information from a new perspective through video shooting and editing. Together with such a diverse group of students, we create maps, spatial information, and a variety of digital content related to the surrounding areas, and continue to disseminate the wisdom and results of this to society.
Under the theme of "Human Rights and Global Governance," we will consider more effective governance for human rights protection. Various human rights issues exist both in Japan and overseas, such as the human rights of foreign workers, the human rights of refugees, and the suppression of protest demonstrations against the military coup in Myanmar. First, students will understand the origins of the concept of human rights and its development process, as well as various contemporary human rights norms and systems for human rights protection, through reading human rights-related literature. Next, students will set a research topic for a specific human rights issue, investigate and analyze the political and social background of the issue, and analyze the achievements and challenges of human rights protection policies by governments and international organizations. Through presentations and discussions, students will consider how to better protect human rights.
