Meal provision

Monthly fee of 17,600 yen (tax included) [The number of days for which meals are provided per year (205 days) will be divided into 12 equal parts per month.]

Meal Method
Meals are provided in the dormitory cafeteria from Monday to Saturday. Meals are not provided on Sundays, national holidays, the New Year holidays, or during long vacation periods.

  • *Family members, friends, etc. are not allowed to enter or stay overnight in the room (family members will be allowed to enter by permission only at the time of moving in).

    *Although the dormitory is owned by the university, its management is outsourced to an external company.

Announcement of application resultsThe results will be sent by mail on Thursday, March 12th.
Dormitory Entrance ProceduresOnce you have been granted permission to enter the dormitory, you will need to pay the dormitory entrance fee and submit the necessary documents. Details will be provided along with the results.
Dormitory move-in dateTwo days, Monday, March 30th and Tuesday, March 31st, 2026
Due to room cleaning, preparations for accepting new students, etc., you will not be able to move in before the specified date.

Important Notes Regarding Application*Applications were suspended in 2025 due to renovation work.For the 2026 academic year only, students entering in 2025 will also be eligible.
*If there are a large number of applicants, students will be selected internally to decide who will live in the dormitory.
*Please note that as a result of the selection process, you may not be able to move into the dormitory.
*We cannot answer any inquiries regarding the selection process or results.
*We do not change the menu or accommodate other individual requests due to food allergies.

Only those who agree to the above should apply through the dormitory application form.

  • *We recommend that you visit the dormitory in advance to check out the facilities, environment, and actual dormitory life before applying.

Tours are available from 9:00 to 17:00, excluding New Year's holidays, Sundays, and public holidays. Tours may not be possible due to facility maintenance, construction, etc. Please be sure to apply by phone one week in advance. Please refrain from bringing in a family member or friend as your proxy. We ask that those who wish to live in the dormitory tour themselves. Please refrain from taking photographs inside the facility.
*If necessary, we can accommodate tours on Sundays. Please be sure to contact us by phone at least one week in advance.
