Machine Creation Course
Machine Creation Course
The main subjects of research and education are mechanical engineering, materials engineering, control engineering, energy and environmental engineering, and aerospace engineering.
The Machine Creation Course focuses on the main areas of research and education in mechanical engineering, materials engineering, control engineering, energy and environmental engineering, and aerospace engineering. Through the research, development, design, and production of highly functional equipment (high-performance measurement, ultra-precision machining, environmentally-friendly, highly efficient equipment, health and comfort environments and equipment, etc.), we aim to develop researchers and engineers who can acquire the "power to create the future" and contribute to the welfare of humanity and the development of society.
The Mechanical Creativity Course offers two types of programs: the Specialized Frontier Program, which engages in cutting-edge research, and the Complex Frontier Program, which cultivates the ability to grasp science and technology from a multifaceted perspective and apply it to a variety of problems.
The academic foundation of the Machine Creativity Course is mechanics, including material mechanics, fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, and machine mechanics, but in future technologies that consider the coexistence of people, society, and the environment, it is inevitable that they will be expanded and applied to a wide range of fields, including computers and communications technology, numerical analysis of mechanical fields, mechatronics, optics, wave mechanics, molecular dynamics, reaction engineering, surface physical chemistry, human movement, blood flow, and other heat transfer and fluid dynamics targeting living organisms, and so care is taken to allow students to acquire advanced specialized knowledge across a wide range of fields. In addition, there are courses that teach engineers ethics, intellectual property rights, product liability, technology transfer and culture, and so on, to nurture talent who can evaluate technology with keen insight.
