Aoyama Gakuin University (hereinafter referred to as "Bizreach Campus"), a network service for visiting alumni operated by Bizreach, Inc. as the first authorized alumni visit service among large universities in eastern Japan, will be introduced on May 1, 2023 (Monday). Bizreach Campus" and the University will promote the planning and operation of career support courses and homecoming days for all students, and establish a system that allows students to have continuous contact with alumni they have met in courses and events through "Bizreach Campus for Aoyama Gakuin University".

Through "career support seminars and continuous contact with alumni," we strengthen the ability to make "satisfying career choices."

Our university will introduce "BizReach Campus for Aoyama Gakuin University" as a platform for continuous connection with alumni. "BizReach Campus for Aoyama Gakuin University" is an alumni networking service that allows students to search for alumni who match their interests or who graduated from the same faculty, using a smartphone app, and to directly request visits or conduct online interviews. This will allow students to connect with alumni they met at lectures and events through "BizReach Campus for Aoyama Gakuin University," and to explore their career aspirations in more depth together with alumni. By building continuous contact with alumni, not just through career support lectures, we will strengthen career support from a system where only the Career Guidance and Employment Center supports students to a system where alumni are also involved, enabling students to make "satisfying career choices."

About the alumni networking service "BizReach Campus"

BizReach Campus is an online career education platform that connects students with job offer recipients, alumni, and companies affiliated with the universities and graduate schools to which those students belong.
The main features are as follows:

1. Online alumni visits can be completed entirely within the service: From searching for and requesting visits from prospective employees and alumni, to conducting the alumni visits (video calls), everything can be done within the service.

2. Services tailored to each university: Each university has its own dedicated website where you can find alumni based on shared interests such as your major or club activities.

3. Available year-round regardless of academic year: Students can hear from working professionals active in various industries, regardless of their academic year or the time of year, and develop their career perspectives early on.


Furthermore, we are focusing on measures to ensure that students can use the facilities safely and securely. Our main measures are as follows:

1. Restrict requests for alumni visits and video calls to students only.

2. Volunteer alumni visits will be limited to online only, in principle.
*There are two types of alumni registered on BizReach Campus: company-approved alumni (registered through their companies) and volunteer alumni (registered voluntarily).

3. The service's administrative office monitors messages 24 hours a day, and if the service is used for purposes other than those intended, it will take measures such as issuing warnings or suspending accounts.


In addition to collaborating on courses and events, our university believes that by introducing "BizReach Campus for Aoyama Gakuin University," we can provide more continuous career support to our students. We will build a collaborative system with alumni and work together with graduates to strengthen support for our students in making satisfying career choices.
