On August 15, 2024 (Thursday), as part of Faculty Development (FD), the School of International Politics, Economics and Communication and the Faculty of School of Global Studies and Collaboration co-hosted a lecture entitled "Translating the Science of Learning into Effective Pedagogy" by Dr. Geneva Stein, Director of the Graduate School at Minerva University. It was a valuable opportunity to deepen our understanding of active learning and its teaching methods.

Furthermore, from August 19th (Monday) to 23rd (Friday), we invited Dr. Geneva Stein as a guest speaker to conduct an intensive summer lecture series (Advanced Lecture on Intercultural Communication I / Special Lecture on Intercultural Communication I / Advanced Lecture on International Communication, taught by Professor Kiyoko Sueda). Both graduate and undergraduate students were able to take meaningful classes, making it a very fulfilling intensive summer lecture series.
