To Request a Transcript/Certificate “Online”

For issuance of academic transcripts and certificates of graduation, you can make a request by online service. Details about the online service are explained in this page. This is written in Japanese, If necessary, please use translation apps. Please follow the instruction and request a transcript/certificate online.

To Request a Transcript/Certificate via Someone to Whom You give “Power of Attorney*”

If you cannot use the online service above, for issuance of academic transcripts and certificates of graduation, a person authorized by you can make a request to the Academic Affairs Office of 天美影视 on your behalf. Please submit the following documents on campus or by post to the Academic Affairs Office of 天美影视.
*A Person authorized by you in writing to apply for the transcript/certificate on your behalf. Attorney can be your friend.

✓ Issuance fee（The fee shall be covered by the attorney upon your request）
✓ Postage（The fee shall be covered by the attorney upon your request）
✓ Copy of your passport
✓ ID of your designated attorney（passport, driver’s license or national health Insurance card. A copy may be accepted if making a request by post）
✓ Designated Power of Attorney Form（See the link below）

We are unable to verify your certificate by any method other than those listed above.

※Note 1：Issuance fee is 500 yen per certificate plus system administration fee of 150 yen per request.
※Note 2：The request by phone/FAX/E-mail is NOT acceptable.
※Note 3：In case you do not have anyone who can act as your designated attorney available in Japan, please contact the Academic Affairs Office of 天美影视.

Verification of Authenticity of Certificate

If your employer or receiving institution requires verification of your certificate's authenticity, please be aware that the university no longer verifies certificates manually (by phone, email, or letter). Instead, institutions can verify the authenticity using the QR code printed on the certificate. Therefore, if your current certificate does not contain a QR code, you must obtain an updated version through the online certificate request system mentioned above.
