本学学生、卒业?修了生、退学者が本学証明书発行サービスから申请すると、上记【その１】で回答いただいたメールアドレス宛にデジタル証明书（笔顿贵）のダウンロードリンクが记载されたメールが送信されます。
ダウンロードリンクからデジタル証明书（笔顿贵）をダウンロードしてください。ダウンロードリンクの有効期限は3か月です。
送信元メールアドレスは『苍辞谤别辫濒测-肠别谤迟蔼补辞测补尘补驳补办耻颈苍.箩辫』です。迷惑メールフォルダへの振分けなどがないようご协力のほどお愿いいたします。

証明书の笔顿贵データには、タイムスタンプと电子署名が付与されており、改ざんを防止します。
発行后に改ざんされた场合、笔顿贵を开いた际にエラーメッセージが表示されます。

For Companies, institutions, graduate schools, etc. Receiving Digital Certificates (PDF)

The process for receiving a digital certificate (PDF) is as follows:

Ⅰ．

You will be asked to confirm whether you accept digital certificates (PDF) submitted by Aoyama Gakuin University students, graduates, and retired students.
If you agree to accept them, please provide the following information to the students, graduates, and retired students.:
? Name of company, institution, graduate school, etc. (This name will be entered by the person submitting the certificate and printed directly on the certificate.)
(Name of department and person in charge are optional)
? Email address where the certificate should be sent

Ⅱ．

When an Aoyama Gakuin University students, graduates, and retired students applies for a certificate through the university's certificate issuance service, an email containing a download link for the digital certificate (PDF) will be sent to your registered email address.
Please download the certificate from the provided link.
Important Notes:
? The download link is valid for three months.
? The sender’s email address is no-reply-crt@info2.aoyama.ac.jp. Please ensure that the email is not filtered into your spam folder.

The digital certificate (PDF) is time-stamped and digitally signed to prevent tampering. If the certificate is altered after issuance, an error message will be displayed when attempting to open the PDF.
